Self-Healing: Learning from our Native Ancestors
We will learn how to harmoniously work with our ego, how to be in sisterhood & brotherhood with our bodies, and how to begin to translate the messages from our subconscious and our bodies to improve our holistic health.

​This class will consist of experiential activities, guided meditation, breathing exercises and self-analysis.
